DTC Disabler: Ultimate Software for MEDC17 ECU (and more)

DTC Disabler is a powerful software tool designed primarily for the MEDC17 ECU family, and we are gradually adding support for MDG1 files. Tested over the past two years, it has become an essential tool for our NEURO Tuning company.

Key Features:

• Precise DTC Removal: Our proprietary algorithm efficiently identifies and disables DTC blocks (diagnostic trouble codes) in the binary file, ensuring accuracy with no human error.

• Virtual Read Support: Works with virtual read files that don’t always contain the assembly part. Our tool can use a pre-learned model to identify values from similar known files.

• DTC OFF Function: Quickly and accurately turn off DTCs to avoid limp mode. For example, creating an ‘open loop boost’ file involves deactivating overboost/underboost codes.

• Patch Function: Export and execute patches directly on your current file. Build your own patch database and disable components with a single click—saving time and effort.

• File Support: If your file isn’t recognized, simply report it, and we’ll add it to the database within 5-15 minutes (up to 48 hours if it’s a complex file). You’ll receive an email notification once the file definition is ready.

Since March 2021, we’ve tested over 6000 files, continuously expanding our support.
